🔸2 tbsp oil
🔸1 Onion chopped
🔸1/2 small cabbage chopped
🔸1/2 bowl grated cheese
🔸1/2 tsp red chilli powder
🔸1/2 tsp chat masala
🔸Salt as per taste
Momos
🔸Maida or aata 1.5 cup
🔸Salt 1/2 tsp
🔸Oil 1 tbsp
🔸Enough water to make dough
Add oil to a pan. Add veggies and spices and saute them for 5 mins until light brown. Meanwhile make dough and roll into thin roti. Add veggies in the roti and close it. Line pan with cabbage leaves and Place them in a pan and steam for 10 mins. Serve hot with sauce.
