I created this checklist, which lists some common student behaviour that goes against expectations / considered undesirable or problematic. Consideration is taken for both academic and social characteristics. I created this document, which should be used with the checklist I created to provide a report on student behaviour (including academic and social characteristics) to parents. This is a weekly behaviour checklist with expected / desired conduct and work habits listed down. A checkmark is provided in areas that need improvement. It can serve as a weekly report to be sent to parents. There is a section where detailed comments can be included.
