A long 19th Century Indian steel bow, known as a ‘Kaman’. Strung with an old string, which is now in a fragile state – the bow itself has long strong arms, with central wooden grips, with good age patina, and traces of red cloth which would have covered the grip for comfort. The steel arms are clean, with good age patina, and have silver and gold foil decoration to the central areas and tips (partly worn). Overall length: 43in (1095mm) Akaalarms.com
