Curry Spiced Quinoa Pilaf

It’s packed with aromatic flavor from the spices that are then paired with raisins, chickpeas, almonds, and fresh herbs. The secret to this quinoa dish is that you simmer the dried quinoa in the curry powder to really infuse it with flavor (and color). • 1/2 cup Golden raisins
• 1/2 cup Herbs
• 1 Lemon (~2 tablespoons), Juice from

Baking & Spices
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
• 2 tsp Curry powder
• 1/4 tsp Sea salt
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Nuts & Seeds
• 1/2 cup Almonds
Liquids
• 1 cup Water
