Ingredients
250g beef, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 green onion, sliced
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp sat
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 chili, sliced
• 1 tbsp soy sauce or a bit less
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp cooking wine, optional
• 4 tbsp cooking oil
📌 Method
• 1. In a bowl, add beef with salt, pepper, cornstarch, baking soda and 1 tbsp oil. Combine and set aside for 20 mins.
• 2. Heat a frying pan over medium high heat, add 3 cooking oil and sear the beef until it’s brown. Transfer to a plate.
• 3. In a same pan, add in garlic and stir for 45-60 seconds and stir in onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
• 4. Add beef, green onions, cooking wine, soy sauce, brown sugar and chili slices if using. Toss well for 1-2 minutes and remove from hea
