I love a daily to-do list as much as the next type A planner enthusiast, but for long term projects or larger tasks with an indefinite due date, I rely on inbox inserts to keep track and move work my goals forward.
Currently, I have several master inbox lists in my A5 planner organized by category (household, finance, etc.). For these master lists, I use a free inbox printable from @analogalicia that allows me to customize my inbox categories.
