Pineapple strawberry lemonade

- Pineapple Strawberry Lemonade - 🍋 To make the lemonade base: • Combine 5 cups of water with 1 cup lemon juice (usually the juice from about 7 large lemons) and ice. 🍍🍓To make the pineapple strawberry simple syrup: • Heat 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of diced pineapples and 1 cup of strawberries (this mixture makes a little more syrup than the other lemonade recipes I’ve shared…the mixture of fruits makes this one more sweet than tart) • Once the mixture is hot, mash or muddle the fruit and allow the mixture to sit until cool. • Use a strainer to separate the fruit and liquid (or skip this step if you like fruit chunks in your lemonade!) 🍍🍓🍋Add pineapple strawberry simple syrup to lemonade base. Garnish with fresh strawberries, lemon slices and pineapple chunks.
