• 1 tbsp Braggs aminos or soy sauce
Pasta & Grains
• 1 cup Brown rice
Baking & Spices
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper
• 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
• 2 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with, organic
• 1 1/3 tbsp Curry powder
• 1 Pepper, red or orange
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Turmeric
Nuts & Seeds
• 1/4 cup Cashews or sliced almonds
• 2 tsp Cumin, powder
