Step 1:
• Squeeze 1-2 cups lemon juice (approximately 5/6 lemons) or to your preferred level of sour.
Step 2:
• Boil together equal parts sugar and water to make a simple syrup, or what Starbucks calls “classic”
• I usually do 1 or 1.5 cups of water and sugar, but for sweeter lemonade or a larger batch, make more.
Step 3:
• Blend the lemon juice, simple syrup, and water together in a cute pitcher. You will use 2-4 cups of cold water depending on how diluted you like your lemonade.
Add cute straws, and enjoy!
