Homemade Cereal Bars

4 cups cinnamon Cheerios or similar cereal Base ingredients: 1/2 cup no sugar added peanut butter 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1 tbsp of Singing Dog Vanilla brand Organic Vanilla Coconut Palm Sugar 1 tsp of Singing Dog Vanilla Brand alcohol-free vanilla extract Drizzle ingredients 2 oz chocolate chips (dairy-free if desired) 1 tbsp coconut oil In a saucepan, combine all of your base ingredients, simmer on medium, and stir until combined. Place cereal in a bowl and pour the heated mixture in. Stir well. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Place cereal into the pan, pressing down evenly and firmly with a rubber spatula.
