This Grey Reef Shark (Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos) getting a routine check up from a couple of Cleaner Wrasse (Labroides dimidiatus) which you can see going into her mouth and gills.
This is a cleaning station and you can see some more patients in the background waiting for their appointments. The cleaner wrasse do a specific dance to attract bigger fish as patients.
If they don’t choreograph their dance just right, they could end up as a snack….
