l’ve been seeing these steamed rice paper dumpling recipe and had to try it. I used cabbage, carrot and zucchini, but you can use whatever vegetables you like. It’s simple to make with sauteed vegetables. It’s so tasty and healthier than fried dumplings. Use your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
