Paper Hat Fascinator by THE HEADMISTRESS This is a real conversation piece! A Paper Hat, just like you used to make when you were a child! Perfect to finish off a Burlesque outfit or dressing up something simple. The base and Structure have been hand blocked with buckram and millinery wire, then covered in a layer of Muslin and Felt to give it a soft finish. It has then been covered in a newspaper printed cotton and line with a red and white striped cotton.
