Chicken pot roast
I wanted the flavors of pot roast but didn’t have a chicken roast so I went ahead and did it on a whole chicken and baybeeee let me tell you! It was so bomb 💣
Like the flavors are so deep, mind you, I took the chicken out of the fridge 5 minutes before cooking it lol you would’ve thought the chicken was marinating for 24 hours.
This is my pot roast recipe with chicken, try & let me know what you think:
Ingredients
• * 3 lbs chicken, spatchcocked
• * Salt & pepper to taste
• * 1 tsp Onion powder
• * 1 tap Garlic powder
• * 1 tsp Herb de provence
• * 1 large white onion, roughly chopped
• * 16 oz of baby carrot
• * 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
• * 5 large cloves of garlic, minced
• * 1 tbsp brown Sugar
• * 1 tbsp balsamic Vinegar
• * 1 tbsp worchesh
