Ingredients:
• 500g Fish Fillet
• 1 1/4 Cup Flour
• 2 Tbsp Rice Flour
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder (Optional)
• 1 Cup Sparkling Water - Club Soda
• Any Neutral Oil for frying
Tip:
• 1. Pat dry the fish and then coat with flour and put it in the fridge for 10 mins to remove excess moisture.
• 2. After coating the fish put it on a crinkled foil paper or a wire rack so air can pass.
• 3. Beer or sparkling water can be used to make the batter.
