Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Popper Sausage Boats
Ingredients
• 4 smoked sausages (sub brats)
• 8oz cream cheese
• 1 jalapeno diced, remove seeds to reduce heat
• 1 tbsp bbq seasoning
• pinch of salt
8 strips of bacon
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. You will need a 8x8 minimum pan for baking. In a bowl mix the cream cheese, jalapeno, bbq seasoning and salt together. Slice the top of the sausages and fill with cream cheese mixture. Wrap in bacon and place in the baking dish. Bake until the bacon is crispy approx 15-20 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
