Angara Chicken Recipe
Spice mix!
• Coriander seeds : 1 tbsp
• Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
• Dried red chillies : 5-6
• Black peppercorns : 1 tsp
• Cloves : 7-8 pcs
• Cardamom: 6-7 pcs
• Cinnamon sticks : 3 inches pc
Dry roast on low medium heat for 2 minutes , cool down completely and grind finely.
Marinate;
• Chicken : 1 kg
• Yogurt: 1 cup

• Tomatoes : 3
• Garlic: 3-4 cloves
• Ginger : 4 inches root
• Fried onions: 1/2 cup
Add in a chopper and blend .

• Salt: to taste
• Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Ghee: 1/2 cup
• Add everything in a bowl and marinade for 3-4 hours.
• Add in a pan cook until gravy is thickened and chicken is fully tender.
• Garnish with Coriander leaves
• And give smoke for 5 minutes with live charcoal.
