Marinate; • Chicken : 1 kg • Yogurt: 1 cup .. • Tomatoes : 3 • Garlic: 3-4 cloves • Ginger : 4 inches root • Fried onions: 1/2 cup Add in a chopper and blend . .. • Salt: to taste • Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1 tbsp Ghee: 1/2 cup • Add everything in a bowl and marinade for 3-4 hours. • Add in a pan cook until gravy is thickened and chicken is fully tender. • Garnish with Coriander leaves • And give smoke for 5 minutes with live charcoal.
