1 serving: 1 low-carb tortilla (the size of the pan) 1 teaspoon butter 4 slices of tomato 2 eggs A pinch of parsley Salt Black pepper Kashar cheese Melt the butter in a pan and fry the tomato slices on both sides. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and 2 eggs, beaten with a little salt and pepper. Immediately afterward, cover the tortilla and cook for 3 minutes. Flip it over, add cheddar cheese to only one half, and fold the other half over to form a crescent shape.
