Pickled Cabbage! I picked up a 'Waste Not' box from my local Lidl and it included this sad cabbage that most people would throw away. Instead I made up an easy pickle and it's now in the fridge to add to salads, sandwiches and side dishes. Use up what you've got and eat well for less.
