🥚 3 large egg whites
🍬 1/4 cup granulated sugar
🌰 1 cup almond flour
🍫 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
🍶 1/2 cup pastry cream
Directions:
Prepare macaron shells: Whisk egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in almond flour. Pipe onto a baking sheet and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15–17 minutes.
