Flourless Greek Yogurt Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder (optional for lift)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (or sweetener of choice)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: chocolate chips for topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line or grease a small baking dish (8x8").
Whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly. Add chocolate chips on top if desired.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is set.
Let cool before slicing for best texture.
