Ursula is a power hungry character that wants to control the protagonist Ariel. She, like the other villainous characters is physically unattractive. She isn't particularly human looking, unlike the "Good" characters. She has an unnatural purple skin colour and turquoise eyeshadow eyeshadow. She looks startlingly different compared to Ariel and her family, despite her also being a Mermaid, ultimately.
