Many of you have been asking me how can you build your own workout program. & you know me, I love to deliver. Filmed pre pregnancy 💙  First, I have to say, I love that you’re a go-getter and you want to know how to take control of your workout program.  Second, this is first and foremost a personal trainers job, and this IG post is not meant in any way to demean the process that PT’s take to create epic programs.  This is an example of a 5 day workout split that you can try. BUT there are 100s of different splits and there’s 1000s of ways where a workout can be structured. If you’re interested in that, I definitely recommend that you take a PT course. It’ll go a long way. 💪🏼  For now though, this is a workout program you can adopt for at least 4-8 weeks.  • Day 1: Lower body focused on
