Industrial Piercing Infected

I've had my industrial piercing for around 2 months now. It seems a small bump has formed and I can't tell if it's infected or is developing a keloid. I know cartilage piercings are prone to keloids so I've been treating it as such. I am pretty hard on my piercing and do sleep on it often so I'm sure that's why this happened.
