Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
1¼ cups warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 mins.
2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix into a sticky dough.
3. Cover and rest 1–2 hours (until doubled).
4. Gently fold dough, shape into loaves, and rest 30–45 mins.
5. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 20–25 mins until golden brown.
