With the introduction of the Opel Commodore A GS/E in the late 60's into the 70's, Opel gave its customers a six cylinder power house, which made it a formidable Porsche chaser. The fast back design was sleek and still looks great today. The in-line six is extremely reliable, with 2.5 and later 2.8 liters of displacement.
