Brown Honey Butter Corn Bread Serves 10 Ingredients 2 cups butter milk • 4oz melted butter • 2 whole eggs • 2 tablespoons neutral oil • 1 can corn Kernels (del monte brand) • 1.5 cups fine corn yellow corn meal • 1 cup all purpose flour • 3 teaspoon baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 cup granulated sugar Brown Honey Butter Sauce • 2oz butter 2oz honey Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit 2. Add butter milk, melted butter, eggs, and corn kernels to a blender and pulse together (you’ll want the corn kernels to be chunky and not smooth) 3.
