Low back extension -   • Make sure to not roll too far forward on the ball. Your hips to right below your chest should be on the ball. If it's comfortable you can also keep part of your chest on the ball. It's a small movement so don't get frustrated if it feels like you're not moving much. 6-8 reps (2 Hamstring Roll-Outs - Flex your feet and did your heels into the ball. If you're new to this exercise keep your butt on the floor until you get the hang of it. And yes, you may feel this in your calves as well. They are helping stabilize the movement. 10-12 reps  3 Modified Body Saw to Plank Hold -  • This is the hardest one for me. After 4 kids and healing a Diastasis Recti a few times it requires a lot of focus for me to do it well and activate the muscles that will truly help. One way
