Time to test your bodyweight stamina. At first glance, this WOD doesn’t appear to be too hard. Then take a closer look: 10 Rounds = 400 reps. You might want to reevaluate your initial reaction. Burpees and Push-Ups in the same workout is never fun, especially at high volume. Luckily the two movements are not right next to each other, which will allow for some recovery. Still, expect your pressing power to fade. The burpees will take the most out of you; the push-ups will slow you down.
