Scp 4971, also known as The One Who Knows Silence In The Earth, is an antagonist in the scp foundation series. It is a mysterious powerful god known mostly within occult circles. Due to what little is known of its nature as a god of sacrifice. It is feared among the occult wolrd and very few worship it.
