So, as you might know, I really believe in the idea that 'you can tell people anything you just need to know how.'
But to be honest, this is where the problem lies. We're not taught how to communicate the right way (and even communication techniques don't work on everyone). Not everyone wants to, or takes the time to, reflect on other people's emotions or is able to 'read the room.' And too often, people take things way too personally (myself included).
This guide is meant to help you clear up some communication or people-related challenges.
