I’ve been spending a lot of time in my sketchbook lately, going back to where it all started for me with drawing Pokémon as a kid. After filling the first page with some old-school Pokémon vibes and painting that Psyduck piece on canvas, I wanted to push things a bit further. This time I tried giving my own character, Irwin, a manga-style twist and aimed for that classic Pokémon feel. Turns out it’s tougher than it looks, but I’m really liking how this work in progress is shaping up...
