This handicapp ramp was build to cover the equivilance of about three flights of stares. Just guessing but I'd say they need a watering station for people going up. Check this out! Hunting around, I found that Google had put a portion of the handicapp ramp in their street pictures. To see it goto: maps.google.com/ Then goto 253 Riverside Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37403. You'll see the approximate location and then look around to see the upper portion of the handicap ramp picture. Kind of neat if...
