Built using only Vanilla+DLC items. From my Onyx Nightshade's Settlements Savegame I uploaded to the Nexus, here is the Transfer Settlements blueprint for my Sanctuary build.
Ideas: Create desired floor shape then group-select with concrete column and place (snap to top threshold or place at lowest point). Repeat construction (add material to gradually narrow or widen the steps), lowering or raising the column to slide the new steps into place just below or above the step above.
