These traits aren't signs of brokenness. They reflect a fundamental mismatch between how you process the world and the harsh, overwhelming rhythms that modern culture demands. As a neurodivergent person myself, I need to keep reminding myself this (after having my third 'micro-nap' of the day!). Can you relate?

When we experience Soul Loss (aka, parts of our Soul ‘hiding away’ or dissociating from us), the result is a loss in Soulful energy or the very vitality of our lives. Have you experienced this? What has helped you to find more healing and ensoulment so far?

In my experience, if there's anything worth cultivating a connection to, it's these four aspects of life 🌱 ✨ Thoughts?

My goal is to develop such deep internal strength and peace that the unpredictability of life can never strip me of my sense of home within myself. What about you?
