But don’t panic, because while we can’t spot reduce, we CAN target specific areas with exercises. And that’s exactly what we did in this workout

I called it the SQUIDY BIT workout! 😂
1️⃣ We started by lifting one leg for 25 seconds, then switched. Great for inner thighs! 👋 I used 5kgs
2️⃣ Moved on to praying squeezes to address the side boob area. I used 5kgs
3️⃣ Side bends to target those muffin tops. 🥮 
I used 5 kg
4️⃣ Then did back pushes to sculpt the bra strap area. I used 4kgs.
