This pair of silver plated candlesticks have been polished many, many times in their life, so much so that the copper base has been exposed in areas. They are such an elegant shape. They have an oval base and this shape follows through the column and up to the candle cup. I haven't been able to find a makers mark for them so I can't be sure of their exact age. This is a silver plated basket. They were most commonly used as fruit bowls, but also for bread & cakes. This one was made by Lee & Wigfall and the registration lozenge to the base gives the date that the design was was registered. 15th April 1876 or 1883 (if the letter on the right is a V its 1876, if the letter is a K then 1883.) This is a stunning antique silver plate candelabra by Elkington & Co. It is a beautiful thing with fabulous casting, a real statement piece. It has their name to one face of the base and their stamp to another that shows the letter L that denotes the year it was made, 1872. This vintage copper jug is a lovely decorative piece that looks really good when displayed alone or as a vase. It has a copper body and has 2 brass bands around as well as a brass handle & brass top/lip. It stands at 23 cm. The diameter at the base is 13.5 cm. Including the handle & lip, it is 18 cm wide. This is a beautiful nautilus shell made from solid brass. Whilst it looks gorgeous as a stand alone ornament, it also can be used as a planter. It stands upon 3 curved feet. It is 18 cm wide, 16 cm tall & 7 cm deep. It is in good vintage condition. There are no dents. As it is a thick gauge of brass, it can take a tumble with no injuries. Boxed set 6 silver plate napkin rings

This is a brass stamp holder made in the Art Nouveau style. Many of the boxes were made well after the actual Art Nouveau period and to find an original one is a rare thing. This is not an original unfortunately. Whilst they would be of no use for stamps today, they are still useful for keeping rings or smaller earrings safe .
