Fruit cocktail bread pudding. I just cubed challah bread and some regular sammie bread, mixed it with orange zest, vanilla salt, heavy cream mixed with 2 beaten eggs, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk then added drained fruit cocktail and slivered almonds. Mixed all that in a large bowl till the bread was nicely wet, then poured into a pyrex & baked at 375 for 45 minutes. I add brown sugar on top before baking to make it gooey.
