4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 egg yolks
50g grated parmesan
3 tbsp salted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
3 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped chives
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Salt to taste Instructions Sauté Garlic:
