 • Day 1-7… 4-3-30
 • Day 8-14 …6-3-30
 • Day 15-22 …. 8-3-30
 • Day 23-30 ….10-3-30
 • Day 31-38 ….12-3-30 🎉

Add more days to each section if you need more time to build up to it.

Don’t forget, this is just a trend. Walking at all works just fine too 😊
