This is my favorite yogurt bowl recipe that I turn to again and again. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Start with your choice of Greek or skyr yogurt, then add diced banana, fresh or frozen blueberries, chopped dates, and a spoonful of your favorite nut butter. Sprinkle in some ground flaxseeds, a pinch of sea salt, and if you like, a bit of cocoa powder for extra flavor. Drizzle with honey and finish with a dash of cinnamon. Mix it all together in a bowl and savor every bite. Perfect for a healthy snack or a protein-packed breakfast.
