Labor Intensity Interval Training is a method to prepare your cardiovascular system for labor. Much like HIIT it has periods of work time to periods of rest time. 

Be sure to do 30-60 seconds of work, followed by 30-60 seconds of rest. In the beginning you want more rest than work. Eventually build your endurance up to longer work periods and shorter rests. 

These are pregnancy safe exercises that are modified from the typical HIIT style you will see.
