Haven’t Barbell Squatted in over a Month. However, it felt great. Some tips for squatting:
 • Ease your way into it
 • Always warm up and stretch prior 
 • Start light just using the barbell to make sure you’re stretched to prevent injuries 
 • Ask yourself what is your goal and what muscles do you want to be worked?
 • Based on that answer while allow you do that specific squat: ex: barbell back squat, front squat, goblet squat or split squats.
 • Always BRACE your core 
 • Do not HOLD YOUR BREATH. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth slowly 
 • Make sure the barbell and squat rack is aligned to your height (VERY IMPORTANT).
 • Always check the spacing of your feet. Also depending on what muscle groups your working will dictate your feet being placed straight forward o
