My back has been feeling extra stiff lately. With a combination of life + decreased movement, I haven’t been moving nearly as much as I’d like to be and my back, hips, knees just feel like they need a real good stretch.

The most notoriously complained about areas I hear for people are the thoracic spine, neck, shoulders, and hips. We can suspect that MOST of us live our lives facing forward so we lack rotating a whole lott thru the day. So naturally, yeah - these would feel stiff.
