I find the research is strongest to suggest that reducing total carbohydrates in the diet is helpful for managing weight, chronic disease, and overall health.

Do I mean eat keto? No! Unless you want to, and it absolutely can work for some people

Do I mean eat less than 150 gm carbs per day? No! Unless you want to, and it absolutely can work for some people
