INGREDIENTS  Pancake  • 1 cup kimchi  • 1/2 cup flour  • 1/4 cup kimchi juice (the liquid the kimchi is sitting in)  • 1-2tbsp of water, as needed  • Oil for frying  Dipping Sauce  • 1 tbsp soy sauce  • 1-2 tbsp rice vinegar (I like vinegar so I do 2)  • 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil  • 1/2-1tbsp syrup or even a tsp of sugar  • 1 stalk spring onion  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds  METHOD  • Place kimchi into a bowl and use scissors to chop roughl
