PRO TIPS: + use a light weight (I have 5lb) + keep the shoulders square as you bend and extend to either side (don’t drop the opposite shoulder) + feet shoulder width apart + put mind to muscle and think about engaging the abs when going through this movement Complete 10-12 reps per side x 2 rounds (I swear that’s all you need if done correctly!). Add this into your next ab circuit or complete as a finisher.
