 • ⭐Lunges with a twist to activate the muscles

Other favorite exercises to add to your warmup activities:
 • ⭐Leg swings (front/back, side/side, attitude or lengthened leg) to warmup hip and gently increase range of motion
 • ⭐Inchworms (curl down, walk hands to plank position, walk hands back to the feet, curl up to stand) to warmup the spine and engage the core
