Overnight Oats (perfect easy meal prep recipe)

Ingredients:
 • 1/3 cup oats
 • Handful of nuts (walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds etc.)
 • 1 tbsp chia seeds
 • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 • 1/2 cup plant based milk* correction from video
 • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
 • 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt
 • Add sweetener (optional)

Shake everything up in a jar with a lid, leave it in the fridge to thicken overnight. The next day, just heat it up or enjoy it cold with fresh fruit on top! Enjoy!

 • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or almond milk)
 • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
 • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
 • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
 • Salt to taste
 • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts (optional for topping)

Instructions
 • Add mashed banana, oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla, almond butter, and salt to a jar. Stir until combined.
 • Let the oats sit in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight. Then add any walnuts or additional toppings and enjoy!

Recipe:
 • 1/2 cup oats
 • 1/2 cup milk of choice
 • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
 • 1 tbsp chia seeds
 • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Mix together, then add:
 • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
 • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
 • 1 tbsp raisins
 • A little cinnamon and vanilla

Mix again and put in fridge overnight!

The next morning, add your toppings!

This part is optional but makes the biggest difference

Add some more shredded carrots, coconut, raisins and walnuts
