Biceps & Triceps💪⁣

Here’s a quick and effective upper body workout to start your week off strong🔥 When working opposing muscle groups like biceps and triceps, I love to do a superset format workout- meaning pairing exercises back to back & resting after you’ve completed both exercises. ⁣

To get the most out of your workout, choose a weight that is challenging to complete on the last 2-3 reps while still maintaining good form...good form over heavier weight always!⁣

Superset 1:⁣
 • 1️⃣ Tricep dip pulses⁣
 • 2️⃣ Static bicep curl ⁣

Superset 2: ⁣
 • 1️⃣ Single arm tricep pushup⁣
 • 2️⃣ Wide curl to regular curl⁣

Superset 3:⁣
 • 1️⃣ Reverse grip kickback⁣
 • 2️⃣ Alternating hammer curls ⁣

Each exercise 10-12 reps (remember to complete both sides) & repeat for 3 sets
